Odyssey Christmas Store
At Odyssey Elementary School (my new school). We had a Christmas store for the 5th and 6th grade (which I teach). So many kind and generous people made donations to the cause. The kids were able to choose up to 5 or 6 items to "buy" (with their school behavior tokens) for their families for Christmas. What a wonderful experience this was for me to watch the excitement in the children's eyes. It helped to remind me of how blessed my family is and how thankful I am for that. I just wanted to share some of the experience with you!

What a great idea, for the kids to accumulate "money" for good behavior, and then spend it to get gifts for their families, instead of for themselves. That is awesome.
What a neat program and cool experience!
